Working closely with The Gutierrez Companies, the C3 ID team, was selected for a much needed lobby repositioning at One Wall Street in Burlington, MA. To compete in a burgeoning market, One Wall Street will soon boast a new shared tenant café, shared meeting spaces and window-lined fitness facilities to enliven and energize the property. Design elements are focused on the activation of a double-height lobby atrium space with feature new stair. The vibe is a moody, sophisticated palette with refined details to create a unique experience designed to set this space apart.
