Our interior design team had an incredible time creating impeccable interiors for The York, a luxury-living student housing experience for Towson University in Towson, Maryland. Located less than a mile from Towson U, The York is a bustling 442-bed community. Inspired by an eclectic modern aesthetic, the design is grounded in a base palette of black and white with warm wood highlights and bright pops of colors that perfectly represent the brand. The linework throughout the interior details became a hallmark of the design and inspired the bullseye inspired logo, which symbolizes students have found “the place to be” on campus. Additionally, The York has some incredible amenities for its residents, including a clubroom, fitness center, computer lounge, study rooms, game room, and terrace — including a grilling area and outdoor games.
