Nashville is such an exciting city, and the reimagined plans for the Second & Peabody mixed-use development are sure to make a substantial impact on this SoBro neighborhood. Revised plans for the site include a central hotel tower flanked by two modern multifamily towers. Tower 1 will boast 32 stories and Tower 2, 36 stories, and the hotel tower will stand 18 stories tall. All of the buildings will flank an expansive pedestrian plaza and two substantial water features.
